Each guest suite features tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, LCD TVs, DVD player and Foxtel. The ensuite bathrooms exude luxury with double spas, separate shower and toilet and double basins. An array of toiletries and hairdryer are also included. Both the Rose and Hiibiscus suites have their own garden setting overlooking the beautiful guest garden whilst the upstairs Orchid suite features a balcony overlooking the gardens with own setting. The guest lounge room features a 42" plasma TV with DVD/VCR and a wood fire to relax next to in the cooler winter months. Port and chocolates are also available. Our guest breakfast room overlooks the gardens where you will also find a BBQ. Enjoy our hospitality and leave refreshed after your relaxing stay. For the comfort of guests, Newberry Manor is a smoke-free establishment, however, smoking is permitted outdoors. Also, please note our rooms only accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
