| A lesson is 2 hours in duration. We start with correct warm-up and stretch exercises, then the day's conditons are assessed and any dangers or hazards are identified. You will be taught about sun awareness and coastal conservation so we make a very low environmental impact. After going through the correct handling of your board, how to get from the prone position to standing on your feet and some safety procedures, we hit the surf.........then it's time to ride! |
