The Butterfactory is a wonderful old 19th century structure which has been transformed into a modern and stylish Restaurant and Function Centre. The building is air conditioned to provide comfort for our customers at all times. The butterfactory restaurant serves modern Australian food with an emphasis on fresh regional produce. The Menu is changed seasonally. The coffee is the best in the Shoalhaven. The restaurant is fully licensed and has an excellent wine list. We showcase special Shoalhaven regional wines, as well as interesting wines from other Australian regions. |
