Adjacent to the impressive Carlo Sandblow waterview bistro is Rainbow Beach's flagship restaurant and is perfectly positioned to showcase the best that the Cooloola region has to offer. The restaurant itself is only 2 years old and is nestled in amongst the 5 star units of Rainbow Ocean Palms Resort. A sophisticated and modern fit out still allows for relaxed and casual dining and an adjoining bar and terrace area gives the option for cocktails and drinks while taking in the spectacular sunsets. Chef Justin Walker has been at the helm since February 2007 and carries with him an impressive and award winning resume. Justin is passionate about local produce and with fertile farming land to the west and some of the best fishing to be found in Australia on his doorstop his seafood dominated menus are complimented by the best that the seasons have to offer. |
