Head chef Michael Quist has led Esca's team of strong, passionate kitchen staff for over two years. Under the welcome influence of owners Michael, Peter and Adam, Michael has created a menu based upon classic, home-style Italian cooking, combining traditional techniques with his own contemporary, personalised flair. An emphasis is place on house-made goods - stocks, sauces and even hand-made pasta makes for a fresh produce guarantee, from our kitchen to your table.

Here at Esca we believe family and friends should always come together at the dinner table. Michael's new menu embraces the idea of communual dining - the 'entrees' and 'small plates' are ideal to share. Of course, the menu loses none of it's fine-dining polish, perfect for an intimate dinner for even the most conscientious of diners!
