Bribie Island information
Located 65km north of Brisbane, Bribie Island is joined to the mainland by bridge at its southern end. Previously a fish cannery, Bribie Island is now a popular tourist and retirement destination.
Attractions and activities include surfing, game fishing and boating, canoeing, sailing and sailboarding, cycle ways, walking tracks and galleries. Visit remote camping areas by 4WD only and the Marine Sanctuary to see dugongs, dolphins and turtles.

Moreton Island information
Located 35km from Brisbane, Moreton Island is 90% National Park and is a popular escape for couples, families and adventure seekers. Access is by ferry from Scarborough and Brisbane and bookings are required if taking a vehicle. Previously a whaling station, Moreton Island is today of considerable environmental interest.
Attractions and activities include good snorkelling and diving around the Tangalooma wrecks, dolphin feeding, walking trails and 4WD tracks, swimming in freshwater lakes, tobogganing the huge sand dunes and exploring the coloured sand desert.

Brisbane information
Located on the banks of the Brisbane River
Previously established at Redcliffe as a penal colony, Brisbane is a city of old and new and the arts capital of Queensland.

Located 30km south east of Brisbane, North Stradbroke Island is accessed by vehicle ferry or water taxi from Cleveland.Previously utilised as a quarantine station and for sandmining, today North Stradbroke Island is an island paradise with a rugged coastline, tranquil lakes and pristine beaches.
Attractions and activities include sand boarding, surfing and kayaking, snorkelling, diving and fishing, walking tracks, 4WD trails and dolphins, turtles, manta rays and whales.
